AMAG Austria Metall AG: Early change in the position of Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) 

 

At today’s meeting of the Supervisory Board of AMAG Austria Metall AG, the
early termination of the Management Board contract of Hon.-Prof.
Priv.-Doz. Dr. Helmut Kaufmann (CEO and COO) at the end of 30 April 2026
was decided. Victor Breguncci, MBA, current Chief Sales Officer (CSO), has
been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AMAG Austria
Metall AG as of 01 May 2026.
